9- Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

  • 9-1 Return Policy: You may return any product within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
    9-1-1 You may return an item if you have changed your mind or no longer desire it, with the exception of the following products for health and hygiene reasons (personal items, beard trimmers, body shavers, hairbrushes, hair bonnets, socks, underwear, skin and body care products, cosmetics, all makeup, hair, body, and skin care products), provided that the factory seal has not been broken.
  • 9-1-2 If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased due to an apparent defect in appearance or use, Yalla Eshtery is pleased to refund the purchase price – at its sole discretion – subject to the following conditions:
    9-1-2-1 Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and undamaged, and must be shown to have not been misused.
    9-1-2-2 For returned products, only the product value will be refunded. The returned product value will not include shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • 10-5 If the warranty sticker is removed or lost, the warranty is void. If the products are sent without their boxes, packaging, or wrappings in the same condition in which they were received, the warranty is also void
  • 10-6 Upon receipt of the invoice, the customer declares their agreement that all components are in good condition and their acceptance of all the warranty terms mentioned above.
