7Payment method

7-2Cash is to be presented to our authorized customer service representative for collection on the spot prior to receiving delivery of the Products ordered

7-3Upon receipt of full payment, the customer service representative will hand over the Products with the invoice and the delivery note

7-4Ordered Products cannot be withheld by the customer on credit. Payment for the Products ordered is to be made at delivery. It may be noted that the  person taking delivery of the Products should be the Registered User who had ordered the Products or  his/her authorized person, providing adequate proof of such authorization

8Products Delivery

8-1We Deliver products via courier agency to guarantee the quality of our service on normal business days, which are Sunday through Thursday excluding official holidays

8-2Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays

8-3Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses therefore the order is considered cancelled

8-4In cases of not accepting the delivery for reasons other than wrong items, the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges incurred and specified on the invoice

8-5Only the Client who is responsible for paying courier service cost in addition to COD service (5L.E) 

8-6Courier cost is being calculated according to weight of products and the geographical region inside EGYPT, and kindly notice that the weights rates may be rounded to nearest figures as yallaeshtery.com see it appropriate

9Return, Cancellation, and Substitution policy

If you are not satisfied with a product for a clear physical or usage defect then yallaeshtery Company will gladly exchange or refund the purchase - at its own discretion - within 5 business days of the return request date, according to the conditions below

9-1All claims for errors in shipments, billings or returns must be made within one day of delivery

9-2Products to be exchanged must remain unused, undamaged and packed. Ensure that the product was not misused  

9-3Returns are for replacement or merchandise credit only. The value shall not include any shipping charges

9-4In case of return goods the customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges

9-5A copy of yallaeshtery's invoice must be included with all returns

9-6All items must be returned complete and in their original boxes or packages with all original parts/documentation by the same condition upon delivery; if items are not returned with their packages or if any other item or documentation is missing, products will not be accepted as a return item

9-7The order cannot be canceled after sent and confirmed with customer service, the client has to receive the product and then return it back , in this case the client will pay all costs resulted in his/her order

9-8Return or Substitution occurs only in case of discovering a clear physical or usage defect in the product after delivery

9-9Sometimes the Product specification from the manufacturer may change or we may have trouble with the supply of certain Products and may therefore supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not satisfied with the replacement or substitute, you can return such Products in unused and undamaged condition, in accordance with Return policy

10Warranty Terms & Conditions; If there’s a fault with the Product

10-1Warranty terms won’t be applied on defects caused by wrong installation or maintenance or defect resulting from actions or modifications of a third party not authorized to carry out such actions and changes, or any damage caused by client whether accidently or intentionally

10-2Maintenance and Repair places determined by the manufacturer or the agent

10-3Concerning maintenance and repair service yallaeshtery.com will provide the client by the data of whom responsible for this service

10-4period of maintenance and repair service is determined according to manufacturer or agent terms

10-5warranty will be canceled if the warranty sticker/paper removed or lost, and may be canceled also if the products don’t include all its packages, boxes, containers and other components

10-6As the client received the invoice then he admits that the product and its components are accepted and in good condition and also means that he accepted the warranty terms mentioned above
